I came to Rokusuke Udon for the first time in a while. The specialty here is katsudon and extra-thick udon noodles. It was full as soon as it opened. Whenever I come here, I always order the katsudon set meal. A set of katsudon and udon. It was cold outside, so the udon was warm. I did. The batter of the katsudon cutlet is crispy. This is the one and only Rokusuke udon. I always have a hard time choosing between a katsudon set meal or curry udon. The katsudon set is so filling that if you eat it for lunch, you won't need it at night. Since it's a popular restaurant, the parking lot can get crowded. (I wanted to eat a big bowl of curry udon...lol) My companion ordered a medium portion of meat udon for 770 yen. The restaurant is lively with many families. After a while, the items I ordered appeared. The katsudon was made with a large amount of rice, so the lid was not closed. lol When I opened the lid, there was a thick pork cutlet inside. It has a strong flavor and is delicious. The udon is not as hard as Musashino, but it is chewy and chewy. The soup is a bit salty. Full. My companion's meat udon seemed to be a good amount even though it was a medium serving. The pork looked delicious. w I paid and left the store. Customers waiting outside the store.
